Deposits are non refundable If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged the full service fee. If you do not arrive 30 minutes after you appointment time, you will lose your appointment and charged a no show fee of 100% of the service fee. If requesting an appointment on the waitlist you agree that if this appointment is accepted all the relevant fees stated above still apply.
